Project: Build a Digital Catalog of Current Products
The sales cycle in todays world for particular products is short and quick and success is very dependent on having readily available information when the customer asks for it, any delay in obtaining and retrieving the information = lost sales and lost business.
Our Customer had spreadsheets, documents, images, products descriptions, sales flyers but no method of controlling and directing the sales information to the customer in a quick concise matter.
The product changed to quick to commit to the cost of producing an annual catalog.
Our suggestion and solution was in building and deliver a visual electronic catalog based on current spreadsheets and outputted in PDF barcoded catalog format.
A catalog that could be shared, searched on, downloaded, emailed and printed if requested. A Catalog that could be updated in increments.
Digital Design… our challenge was to create a digital catalog with 700 + images, descriptions, multiple pricing and do it from the ground up for a vendor that did not supply catalogs. All to be done as proof of concept on a shoestring of a budget.
RESULT?
The solution worked so well it was exposed to the vendor and is to be included as a national solution for two product lines.
Our digital catalog is both visually appealing & functional, easy to work with, editable at a moments notice, downloadable, email able and let’s mention again “under budget”.
We love our web work. Digital marketing expands past the computer screen and sometimes it is best to brainstorm and find new opportunities where current problems exist.
